Alexander Palms Court is conveniently located in the Casa Marina area of Key West, just two blocks away from the Atlantic Ocean, the Southernmost Point, and Duval Street. With close proximity to downtown and the beaches you will never be bored staying at this location. Leave your car with us and walk to all of the sights. Or, enjoy our large lagoon pool, sunbathing area, gorgeous palm trees and lush landscaping. The central courtyard is the perfect place for relaxation or mingling with other guests. Our gated inn provides a peaceful setting only steps away from all the activities that Key West has to offer.
Accommodations
One Bedroom Suite – This room is equipped with a queen bed, a living room with a pullout sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and a private bath to accommodate up to four people.
Studio – These small rooms are great for couples. Furnished with a queen bed, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a private bath.
Standard Room – These typical rooms have a queen bed and a private bath and are able to accommodate up to two people.
Policies
- There is an additional $20 fee per person per night to add an extra person in rooms which allow more than double occupancy.
- Holiday and Special Event rates are higher and require minimum stays.
- Reservations are guaranteed by taking the first night deposit (room rate + 12.5% tax) the day the reservation is made with balance payable upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash & Travelers Checks.
- Cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $30 transaction fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. There is no refund for early departure or shortened stays unless we can re-book the room.
- Holidays and Special Events require a 50% deposit and a 30-day notice period.
- The office is open 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily, Check In begins after 2:00 p.m., Check Out is by 11:00 a.m.
- Continental breakfast 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, we do not accept pets.
- Rooms are all non-smoking.

Alexander Palms Court being so close to the Southern end of Duval makes for an amazing stay! You can walk to many of the best things to do and places to eat in only minutes. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from great restaurants such as El Siboney, Strip, Ambrosia, Louie’s Backyard, and Frenchie’s, shops, and museums like the Hemingway House and the Lighthouse. Plus, you can wake up early, walk a couple of steps down the street, and get a picture at the Southernmost Point before the line forms. This is a favorite spot for many of my clients because of the tropical compound like atmosphere. It is near to everything yet it feels removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
