Key West Shopping on the Cheap

So this past Saturday my BFF and I decided to do a little shopping. We met up at Ross around 2:30 and before we knew it it was 6:00! We had a blast.

Ross has a hodgepodge of different items, a lot of which are designer name brands. They stock men and women’s clothing and shoes, they have bedding, purses and luggage, exercise equipment, furniture, kitchenwares, a pet isle, books, home accessories like picture frames and things, hangers, foods, towels; you name it you can probably find it at Ross.

And everything at Ross is very affordable for the most part. I think the most I have ever spend on a dress there is $50, and I have gotten multiple cute dresses for around $10! I can get microfiber towels for like half of what I’d pay for them at the boat store. Lamps and pillows are much less than what I’d spend at Pier One. The low prices makes this a great place for vacationers to shop if they find that they left something behind and need it for their trip. I always see vacationers shopping here picking up some towels or a beach bag.

This particular time we both had great luck going through the racks. We both spent a lot of money, but not considering what we came home with. Socks, shoes, dresses, coats, shirts, pants, housewares, pet supplies, you name it!

Some people, like my sister, would rather never shop again than to sift through racks of clothing, but it can be a lot of fun with a friend or if you are on a budget. Especially considering that our shopping options on Key West are limited, and clothes are one thing that I cannot buy online from Amazon; I need to try stuff on.
