What Is A Split Or Shared Charter
Split or shared charters are when a single person can pay for just one seat on board a 6 pack deep sea fishing charter boat. Seats or “spots” are sold per person instead of the boat being sold as a private charter. Your fishing license and equipment is all provided.
Note: 6 pack refers to the number of persons allowed on a for hire fishing charter.
Most split charter boats have 6 seats, one for each person. Trolling is the method most of the time. These boats pull 6 and sometimes 7 lines giving everyone a chance to catch fish.
How Does The Split Charter Work?
