Key West Brunch Series – Bagatelle

Bagatelle Brunch

In big cities like New York, Chicago, and Seattle, Sundays are for brunch. Key West is no different;  some restaurants even offer their brunch delicacies daily. Here is where you need to be brunching when you visit our island Paradise.

Bagatelle offers a seriously delicious brunch, and not only on Sundays!   Any day of the week, you can visit this eatery located in a beautiful, two story conch house with plenty of seating inside and out. And since it is located on famed Duval Street, you get the added bonus of people watching; yes you get a meal and a show! Their menu is full of  classic brunch options like Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, French Toasts, and Omelets.

The Lobster Eggs Benedict at Bagatelle is to die for!

On my last visit I was feeling a little buggy, so I decided to order the Lobster Eggs Benedict with a side of Lobster Mac and Cheese. I considered the Southern Eggs Benedict, a unique variation of the classic Benedict with an egg over pulled pork on top of homemade corn bread all topped with hollandaise sauce, as one of my friends and local Dream Catcher Charters captains, Capt. Bryson a.k.a. “Garth,” is addicted to this dish. And he likes to substitute the corn bread for a biscuit. I am sure I would have been amazed either way! All I have to say about my lobster eggs bennie is, “OMG, so yummy!”

I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to grab a tasty, relaxed brunch in Old Town Key West any day of the week. Brunch is available everyday 9AM to 4PM. They can accommodate groups large and small. Give us a call at (305)292-7212 to set up your reservation!
