Get Tickets for the Best Key West Attractions!

For a tiny island of two by four miles, there are so many things to do and see while visiting Key West. Of course, people mainly come down for the water: fishing charters, sandbar charters, etc. But there are a ton of land based sites to see as well! Here are some of our favorites!

Harry Truman’s Little White House

This was the winter house of President Harry Truman, and it is the only Presidential museum in Florida! The house was used as the naval command headquarters during several wars including the Spanish American War, WWI and WWII. This guided tour takes you through the house while recounting the history.  The tour takes approximately 30 minutes with tours departing approximately every 20 minutes.  Hours; 9:30-5:00pm, last tour at 4:30pm.

Shipwreck Treasure Museum

This one is my husband’s favorite museum on the island. My favorite part is the view you get after climbing the museum’s 65′ tower. Wrecking made Key West the richest city per capita in the United States for a time in the 1800s.  You tour the museum on your own, but there is an actor playing original Key West wrecker, Asa Tift, happy to answer any questions you may have.  The newest exhibit at the museum highlights the salvage of the USS Maine from Havana harbor. Hours; 9:30am-5pm.

Key West Aquarium

This was the very first tourist attraction on Key West! Open since 1934, the aquarium offers an intimate experience about the saline of the Florida Keys. Guests can delight in a touch tank filled with conchs, sea stars, and more. You can also enjoy twice daily spectacles during the shark feedings! This is also the only aquarium in the USA with a prosthetic program for sea turtles. Hours; 10am-5pm.

Where to get tickets

You can always get tickets at the entrance, but you can save time and not have to stand in line by buying them before you get into town. We sell e-tickets that are emailed right to your device! Call our office at 305-292-7212 to arrange your museum experience!
