Lobster season opens on August 6th. This will be the 23rd year that Key West celebrates with the four day event, Lobsterfest. Thousands of lobster lovers come to Key West to celebrate, eat and play in the Florida Keys sunshine while enjoying this delicious Caribbean crustacean.

August 8, 2019
Lobster Boil on the Roof at the Waterfront Brewery
Enjoy fresh lobster while overlooking the Historic Key West Seaport at Sunset! 5pm – 9pm.
August 9, 2019
Fiesta De Longosta – Pool Party at Havana Cabana Resort
Hot Sun, Cool Pool, Cold Drinks, Fresh Lobster, Great Music, DJ & More. Noon – 4pm.
Lobsterfest Duval Pub Crawl
Charity Fundraiser and celebration on World Famous Duval Street. 8pm – Midnight.
August 10, 2019
Street Fair & Concert at the 100 – 500 blocks of Duval Street
Check out all the Arts & Craft vendors as well as the local restaurants featuring amazing lobster creations. Everything from appetizers to full meals is available. Live Music from the Main Stage at Duval & Whitehead 1:00pm til 10:30pm. Event starts at Noon.
August 11, 2019
Lobster Brunch at First Flight Island Restaurant & Brewery
The last chance of the weekend to enjoy some fresh Florida Lobster! 10am – 2pm.
When you have had enough lobster (is that even possible?), there are so many other things in Key West to enjoy: beaches, fishing charters, snorkeling trips to the reef, art galleries, shops and museums that dot the island are all great options.
Keep in mind that it is very hot outside this time of year, so wear hats, lots of sunscreen, and stay hydrated while you are walking around Duval Street enjoying the festival.
