Key West has accommodations to suit any travelers desires or needs. We have resorts, campgrounds, hotels, motels, cozy bed and breakfast properties, vacation rental houses and villas. So, whether you are coming down solo or with a large group, with a small or large budget, there is surely a property to meet every island visitor.
Here are some of my favorite places to stay on the island…
Resorts
The Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa – Located on Duval Street and on the Gulf of Mexico, so you have the best of both worlds. This resort is all about tropical luxury and relaxation.
The Ocean Key Resort and Spa – Located on Duval Street, nestled between the harbor and Mallory Square. you will find unparalleled luxury at this property.
Ocean’s Edge – Located on Stock Island, this new resort is not only gorgeous, but it is perfect for families or those serious about a fishing vacation. Plus, they have free shuttle service to downtown Key West and a ton of other amenities.
B&B’s
Alexander Palms Court – Located in the Casa Marina section, just a short walk away to both the hustle and bustle of Duval Street and the beach scene.
Authors Guest House – located on White Street, this quaint little property is walking distance away from all the the excitement of downtown while still being far enough away to enjoy the island solitude.
Avalon – located on the quieter end of Duval Street, this property is lovely and just a short walk to the Southernmost Point of the USA!
Douglas House – Located in the heart of downtown, this beautiful property offers great accommodations with affordable room rates.
Knowles House – Located on Eaton Street near the Seaport, this is a great location with a super friendly staff!
Simonton Court – Arguably one of the loveliest B&B’s on the island with amazing gardens to enjoy at this adults only property.
Westwinds Inn – A tropical setting just a short walk away from the Historic Seaport.
